BUYING A PHONE FOR A CHILD...

If you are intending to buy your child a mobile phone, make sure you tell the           provider (Orange, Vodaphone etc) that the phone is for a minor. They often have           filters/settings which they can automatically apply.

You can apply parental controls to many gaming consoles to limit the amount of time your child plays on it and what time of day they can use it? Below are links to websites which help explain how to do it for the major console machines.
