DR. OLIVER BANGHAM
Chairman
Oliver brings to the board his extensive experience of advanced thinking in quality, management and leadership processes, and has been instrumental in focussing the board on strategic issues. He has been associated with the school since his boys started in there in the eighties, and has served as a member and Chairman of the Parents' Association, joining the Board in 1996 and becoming Chairman in 2000.

MR. ALAN EASTWOOD
Vice Chair
Alan is an Old Terryer and a chartered accountant having worked for many years in international banking in the City. Alan fondly remembers his Northwood Prep days and had no hesitation or regrets in sending his two boys there in the early nineties. |

DR. DINESH CHAVDA
Dinesh is a Consultant Psychiatrist practicing in London.He has wide experience in all subspecialties of Psychiatry and was the Chair of Drugs & Therapeutics Committee for many years.He has a special interest in Forensic Psychiatry and the impact of mental illness on family dynamics.
His son was at Northwood Prep before moving on to Merchant Taylors. |

MRS. JOY COFFER
During her twenty five years as a Solicitor specialising in Criminal Law, Joy also gained wide experience in law firm management, becoming an active member of the Law Society's Practice Development Committee, and running her own practice. A keen supporter of the School and former parent she joined the Board in 2003. |

MRS. COLETTE DOKE
Colette has taught both the state and private sectors. Her son was at Northwood Prep before moving on to Merchant Taylors' School. |

MR. BHASKER MEHTA
Bhasker is a dental surgeon who qualified in 1980. He has a keen interest in education and in the development of Northwood Prep. Both his boys were at Northwood Prep.

MRS. JANE REDMAN
Jane has practised as a solicitor for nearly 30 years
specialising in Criminal Law. She has worked in Oxford
and Hong Kong and now practises locally. She is a trustee
of a charity at Watford General Hospital and an active
member of her local church. Her two boys have both been
pupils at Northwood Prep and she has enjoyed a happy association
with the School for 15 years. |

MRS. HARA REISSIS
Hara Trouli was born in Athens, Greece, where she spent her school and university years. She graduated from the American College and went on to study Medicine at the Athens University Medical School. During those years she also studied Piano and Music Theory graduating from the National Conservatory in Athens with a Piano Teaching and Performance Diploma with Honours. Hara’s medical training started in the Accidents and Trauma Hospital in Athens and continued in London with training in Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal Surgery at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, the Chase Farm Hospital and the Mount Vernon Hospital. In the recent years she has been working as a Surgical Assistant in Orthopaedics. She was elected as a deputy chair of the International Society for the Study of Tension in Performance in 2006 and as acting chair in 2009. She is married to Nikos Reissis, a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and lives in Northwood with their four teenage children. Her three boys all went to Northwood Prep. |

MRS. SUE SYMONDS
Sue was a parent at Northwood Prep for a number of years during which time she had a close association with the school as a member of the Parents Association. Her son left the school in 2003 and she is looking forward to serving the school as a Governor.

MR. STEPHEN WRIGHT
Stephen is Head of Merchant Taylors' School and has had 24 years teaching experience both in the maintained and independent sectors, 10 in senior management. He has previously served for six years as a Governor in a maintained secondary school. |
